حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ بَعْضِ وَلَدِ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ :" لَقَدْ ظَلَمَ مَنْ لَمْ يُوَرِّثْ الْإِخْوَةَ مِنْ الْأُمِّ مِنْ الدِّيَةِ "
