حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ :" الْعَقْلُ مِيرَاثٌ بَيْنَ وَرَثَةِ الْقَتِيلِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَفَرَائِضِهِ "
Abdullah bin Salih told us, Al-Layth told me, Yunus told me, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, he said: “The mind is an inheritance between the heirs of the murdered person according to a book.” God and His statutes.”
