أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَنْبَأَنَا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُزَنِيِّ : " أَنَّ رَجُلًا هَلَكَ، وَتَرَكَ عَمَّتَهُ، وَخَالَتَهُ،فَأَعْطَى عُمَرُ الْعَمَّةَ نَصِيبَ الْأَخِ، وَأَعْطَى الْخَالَةَ نَصِيبَ الْأُخْتِ "
Yazid bin Harun informed us, Humaid informed us, on the authority of Bakr bin Abdullah Al-Muzani: “A man died and left his paternal aunt. And his aunt, so Omar gave the aunt the brother’s share, and he gave the aunt the sister’s share.”
