حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيِّ : أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ " جَعَلَ مِيرَاثَ الْمُرْتَدِّ لِوَرَثَتِهِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ "
Al-Hajjaj bin Minhal told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Abu Amr Al-Shaybani: that Ali bin Abi Talib “made an inheritance The apostate to his Muslim heirs.”
