حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ جُمَيْعٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ : كَانَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ " يُوَرِّثُ أَهْلَ الْمُرْتَدِّ إِذَا قُتِلَ "
Muhammad bin Issa told us, Thabit bin Al-Walid bin Juma’ told us, he said: My father told me, on the authority of Al-Qasim bin Abdul Rahman, he said: It was Ibn Masoud “The apostate’s family inherits from him if he is killed”
