Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #55913

Abdullah bin Salih told us, Al-Layth told me, Yunus told me, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of a man who said upon parting with this world: I am a servant So-and-so, he said: “His inheritance will be returned to the one who named him as his guardian upon parting from this world, unless they bring to him evidence other than that by which they will return it.” His statement, his inheritance will be returned to what the evidence established.”
