حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أنبأنا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ .
ح وحَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا :" إِنْ ضَمِنَ، كَانَ الْوَلَاءُ لَهُ، وَإِنْ اسْتَسْعَى الْعَبْدُ، كَانَ الْوَلَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ "
Muhammad bin Issa told us, Hushaym told us, Yunus told us, on the authority of Al-Hasan.
H Jarir narrated to us, on the authority of Aban bin Taghlib, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Ibrahim, that they said: “If he guarantees, then loyalty is to him, and if he seeks slave, loyalty was between them.”
