Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #55950

Ya’la and Abu Nu’aym told us, they said: Zakaria told us, on the authority of Amir: In a slave between two men, one of whom freed his share, so he said: “To be continued.” Emancipate him, and if he has no money, the slave should be given half at a fair value, and loyalty goes to the one he emancipates.”
