حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ بَكْرٍ ، قَالَ : " أَوْصَيْتُ إِلَى حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، فَقَالَ :مَا كُنْتُ لِأَقْبَلَ وَصِيَّةَ رَجُلٍ لَهُ وَلَدٌ يُوصِي بِالثُّلُثِ "
Suleiman bin Harb told us, Hammad bin Salamah told us, on the authority of Humaid, on the authority of Bakr, who said: “I made a will to Humaid bin Abdul Rahman, He said: I would not accept the will of a man who has a son who bequeaths a third.
