حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ :" يَجُوزُ بَيْعُ الْمَرِيضِ وَشِرَاؤُهُ وَنِكَاحُهُ، وَلَا يَكُونُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ "
Abu Al-Walid narrated to us, a partner narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Shaybani, on the authority of Amer, who said: “It is permissible to buy, sell, and marry a sick person, but he should not be one of the "one-third"
