Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #56068

Muslim bin Ibrahim narrated to us, Hisham Al-Dastawi narrated to us, Qatada narrated to us, on the authority of Shahr bin Hawshab, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Sheep, on the authority of Amr bin Kharijah, who said: I was under the camel of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, as she was being herded with her calf, and her saliva was spreading between My shoulder, I heard him say: “Indeed, God has given everyone his right, so it is not permissible to make a bequest to an heir.”
