Riyad as-Salihin # 13/1393
Abu Hurairah (RA)
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أتي ليلة أسري به بقدحين من خمر ولبن، فنظر إليهما فأخذ اللبن، فقال جبريل صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ ‏"‏الحمد لله الذي هداك للفطرة لو أخذت الخمر غوت أمتك” ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, came on the night of his journey with two cups of wine and milk. He looked at them and took the milk. Gabriel, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Praise be to God who guided you to good nature. If you had taken wine, your nation would have gone astray” ((Narrated by Muslim)).

Abu Hurairah (RA)
وعنه عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏
"‏كل أمر ذي بال لا يبدأ فيه‏:‏ بالحمد لله فهو أقطع‏"‏ حديث حسن، ‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود وغيره‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “Every important matter that does not begin with: Praise be to God, it is certain.” A hasan hadith, ((Narrated by Abu Dawud and others)).

Riyad as-Salihin # 13/1395
Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari (RA)
وعن أبي موسى الأشعري رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏
"‏إذا مات ولد العبد قال الله تعالى لملائكته‏:‏ قبضتم ولد عبدي‏؟‏ فَيقولون : نَعَمْ ، فيقول : قَبَضْتُمْ ثَمَرَةَ فُؤادِهِ ؟ فيقولون : نَعَمْ ، فيقول : فماذا قال عبدي‏؟‏ فيقولون‏:‏ حمدك واسترجع، فيقول الله تعالى‏:‏ ابنوا لعبدي بيتًا في الجنة، وسموه بيت الحمد‏"‏‏.‏ رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن‏.‏
On the authority of Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “If a servant’s child dies, God Almighty says to His angels: Have you taken possession of My servant’s son? They say: Yes. He says: Have you taken the fruit of his heart? They say: Yes. Then He says: So what did My servant say? They say: He praised you and took it back. Then God Almighty says: Build for my servant a house in Paradise, and call it the House of Praise.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi said it was a good hadith

Riyad as-Salihin # 13/1396
Anas ibn Malik (RA)
وعن أنس رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ ‏
"‏إن الله ليرضى عن العبد يأكل الأكلة فيحمده عليها، ويشرب الشربة، فيحمده عليها‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Anas, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “God is satisfied with a servant who eats a meal and praises Him for it, and drinks a drink and praises Him for it” ((Narrated by Muslim)).
