On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them both, that he heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: “Whoever sends a prayer upon me, God will send blessings upon him ten times.” (Narrated by Muslim)

On the authority of Ibn Masoud, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The people closest to me on the Day of Resurrection are those who pray the most.” Al-Tirmidhi narrated it and said it was a good hadith.

On the authority of Aws bin Aws, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “One of your best days is Friday, so pray abundantly for those who pray on it, for your prayers are presented to me.” They said: O Messenger of God, how can our prayers be presented to you when you have been thrown away? He said: He says: “Well done.” He said: “God Almighty has forbidden the bodies of the prophets on earth.” Narrated by Abu Dawud with an authentic chain of transmission

On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Despite the nose of a man in whose presence I was mentioned, he did not pray for me.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, who said it was a good hadith

On the authority of him, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Do not make my grave a feast, and pray for me, for your prayers will reach me wherever you are.” Narrated by Abu Dawud with an authentic chain of transmission.

On his authority, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “No one greets me except that God returns my soul to me until I return his greeting to him” ((Narrated by Abu Dawud with an authentic chain of transmission)).

On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The miser is the one in whose presence I am mentioned, but he does not pray for me.” (Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and said: A good and authentic hadith.)

On the authority of Fadalah bin Ubaid, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, heard a man supplicating during his prayer who did not glorify God Almighty, nor did he pray for the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. So the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, “Hurry this up.” Then he called him and said to him - or to someone else: If one of you prays, let him begin by praising his Lord, Glory be to Him, and praising Him, then pray for the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. Then he supplicates after what he wishes.” Narrated by Abu Dawud Al-Tirmidhi said it is an authentic hadith

On the authority of Abu Muhammad Ka’b bin Ujrah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, came out to us and we said: O Messenger of God, we have learned how to greet you, so how can we pray over you? He said: “Say: O God, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You blessed the family of Abraham, for You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O God, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You blessed the family of Abraham, for You are Praiseworthy and Glorious” ((Agreed upon)).

On the authority of Abu Masoud bin Ubadah Al-Badri, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, came to us while we were in the gathering of Saad bin Ubadah, may God be pleased with him. Bashir bin Saad said to him: God Almighty commanded us to pray for you, O Messenger of God, so how should we pray for you? The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was silent, until we wished he had not asked him. Then the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Say, ‘O God, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as you are I bless the family of Abraham and bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as you blessed the family of Abraham. You are Praiseworthy and Glorious, and peace as you have known” ((Narrated by Muslim)).

On the authority of Abu Hamid Al-Saadi, may God be pleased with him, he said: They said: O Messenger of God, how can we pray for you? He said: “Say: O God, bless Muhammad, and his wives, and his descendants, as You blessed the family of Abraham, and bless Muhammad, and his wives, and his descendants, as You blessed Abraham. You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.” ((Agreed upon)).
