Hadith #39795
He said, I offered to the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), O Messenger of Allah! When the poor man comes to my door (and asks for something from me) I am very ashamed, because I have nothing in my house to give him. Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, Give him something, even if it is a hoof scorched by fire. (أحمد، وأبو داود، والترمذي) [1]
Er sagte: „Ich habe dem Gesandten Allahs (Friede sei mit ihm) ein Opfer dargebracht: O Gesandter Allahs! Wenn der arme Mann an meine Tür kommt (und um etwas von mir bittet), schäme ich mich sehr, weil ich in meinem Haus nichts habe, was ich ihm geben könnte. Der Gesandte Allahs (Friede sei mit ihm) sagte: „Gib ihm etwas, auch wenn es ein vom Feuer verbrannter Huf ist.“ (Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi) [1]
