Bishr bin Muadh Al-Basri told us, Ibrahim bin Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Malik bin Abi Mahdhoora told us, he said: My father told me My grandfather, all on the authority of Abu Mahdhurah, is that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, made him sit and recited the call to prayer to him, letter by letter. Ibrahim said, like We called the call to prayer. Bishr said, so I said to him, “Repeat it.” He described the call to prayer as reversing it. Abu Issa said, “The hadith of my father, there is a warning in the call to prayer, a hadith.” Sahih. It was narrated from him through more than one authority. He must work in Mecca, and this is the opinion of Al-Shafi’i.
