Abu Musa told us, Muhammad bin Al-Muthanna told us, Affan told us, Hammam told us, on the authority of Aamir bin Abdul-Wahid Al-Ahwal, on the authority of Makhoul, on the authority of Abdullah bin Muhayriz, on the authority of Abu Mahdhurah, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, taught him the call to prayer with nineteen words, and the Iqamat with seventeen words. A word. Abu Issa said: This is a hasan and authentic hadith. Abu Mahdhurah’s name is Samurah ibn Ma’ir. Some of the people of Knowledge refers to this in the call to prayer.
