Hadith #26443
Al-Hasan bin Ali Al-Khalal Al-Halwani told us, Yazid bin Harun told us, on the authority of Zayd bin Hubab, on the authority of Kamil Abi Al-Ala, and the like. Abu Issa said: This is a strange hadith. This is how it was narrated on the authority of Ali. Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq say that this is permissible in Written and voluntary. Some of them narrated this hadith on the authority of Kamil Abi Al-Ala, mursal.
