حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَرَأَ فِي الْعِشَاءِ الآخِرَةِ بِالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Hanad narrated to us, Abu Muawiyah narrated to us, on the authority of Yahya bin Saeed Al-Ansari, on the authority of Adi bin Thabit, on the authority of Al-Bara’ bin Azib, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace He, peace and blessings be upon him, recited the afterlife with figs and olives at dinner. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
