Hadith #26512
وَرُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ
" إِذَا وُضِعَ الْعَشَاءُ وَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَابْدَءُوا بِالْعَشَاءِ " . قَالَ وَتَعَشَّى ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَهُوَ يَسْمَعُ قِرَاءَةَ الإِمَامِ . قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ .
It was narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that he said, “When the dinner has been served and the prayer is established, start with the dinner.” He said and had dinner.
