Qutaibah narrated to us, Abu Al-Ahwas narrated to us, on the authority of Samak bin Harb, on the authority of Ibn Umm Hani, on the authority of Umm Hani, she said: I was sitting at The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was brought a drink and he drank from it, then he handed it to me and I drank from it. I said, “I have sinned, so ask forgiveness for me.” He said, “And what is that?” She said, “I was fasting, so I broke my fast.” He said, “Is it part of a fulfillment you were fulfilling?” She said, “No.” He said, “It will not harm you.” He said, and on the authority of Abu Saeed and Aisha.
