Hadith #27085
Muhammad ibn Ismail al-Wasiti narrated to us, he said: I heard Ibn Numayr, on the authority of Ash`ath ibn Siwar, on the authority of Abu al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir, he said: We were We performed Hajj with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and we used to recite the talbi on behalf of the women and stone the stone on behalf of the children. Abu Issa said: This is a strange hadith. We know him only from this point of view. The scholars have unanimously agreed that a woman does not have someone else perform the prayer on her behalf, but rather she performs the prayer on her own behalf. It is disliked for her to raise her voice when reciting the talbiyah.
