Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #27110
Hadith #27110
Ibn Abi Umar told us, Sufyan bin Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Ayyub bin Musa, on the authority of Nabih bin Wahb, that Omar bin Ubaid Allah bin Muammar, His eyes complained while he was in ihram, so he asked Aban bin Uthman and he said, Bandage them with patience, for I heard Uthman bin Affan mentioning it on the authority of The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, says, “Address them with patience.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good and authentic hadith. This should be acted upon when People of knowledge do not see anything wrong with a pilgrim in ihram taking a medicine unless there is something good in it.
