حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى، وَهَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَزَّازُ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَسْوَدِ الدِّيلِيِّ، قَالَ قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فَجَلَسْتُ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ فَمَرُّوا بِجَنَازَةٍ فَأَثْنَوْا عَلَيْهَا خَيْرًا فَقَالَ عُمَرُ وَجَبَتْ . فَقُلْتُ لِعُمَرَ وَمَا وَجَبَتْ قَالَ أَقُولُ كَمَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ لَهُ ثَلاَثَةٌ إِلاَّ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ " . قَالَ قُلْنَا وَاثْنَانِ قَالَ " وَاثْنَانِ " . قَالَ وَلَمْ نَسْأَلْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْوَاحِدِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَأَبُو الأَسْوَدِ الدِّيلِيُّ اسْمُهُ ظَالِمُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُفْيَانَ .
Yahya bin Musa and Harun bin Abdullah Al-Bazzaz narrated to us, saying: Abu Dawud Al-Tayalisi narrated to us, Dawud bin Abi Al-Furat narrated to us, Abdullah bin Buraidah told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Aswad Al-Dili, he said: I came to Medina and sat with Omar bin Al-Khattab, and they passed by. With a funeral, they praised it well, and Omar said, “It is obligatory.” So I said to Omar, “It is not obligatory.” He said, “I say as the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said.” He said, “What?” “If a Muslim has three witnesses, Paradise is guaranteed for him.” He said, “And two.” He said, “And two.” He said, “And we did not ask.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, on the authority of the one. Abu Issa said: This is a hasan and authentic hadith. And Abu Al-Aswad Al-Dili’s name is Zalim bin Amr bin سُفْيَانَ .
