Hadith #27412
Abu Kurayb and Yusuf bin Issa told us, they said, Waki` told us, on the authority of Zakaria, on the authority of Amir, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said, “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said.” The back is ridden if it is mortgaged, and the milk of the pearl is drunk if it is mortgaged, and the one who rides and drinks must spend on it.” He said. Abu Issa, this is a hasan and authentic hadith. We do not know of it as a chain of transmission except from the hadith of Amir al-Shabi on the authority of Abu Hurairah. More than one person has narrated this. The hadith is authentic, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurairah. And this hadith is acted upon according to some people of knowledge, and it is a saying. Ahmad and Ishaq. Some of the people of knowledge said that he has no right to benefit from the mortgage.
