Hadith #27421
Ali bin Khashram told us, Issa bin Yunus told us, on the authority of Mujalid, on the authority of Abu al-Wadak, on the authority of Abu Sa`id, he said: We had wine for an orphan. When the table came down, I asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, about him and said that he was an orphan. He said, “Throw him away.” He said, “And in the chapter.” On the authority of Anas bin Malik. Abu Issa said, The hadith of Abu Saeed is a good hadith, and it was narrated in more than one direction on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, similar to this. Some of the people of knowledge said this, and they disliked taking wine as vinegar. Rather, it is disliked because of that, and God knows best, for a Muslim to be in His house is wine until it turns into vinegar. Some of them made a concession regarding wine vinegar if it was found to have become vinegar. Abu Al-Waddak, whose name is Jabr ibn Nawf. .
