حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقُطَعِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلاَثَةٍ عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَشِبَّ وَعَنِ الْمَعْتُوهِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَلِيٍّ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَذَكَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ " وَعَنِ الْغُلاَمِ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ " . وَلاَ نَعْرِفُ لِلْحَسَنِ سَمَاعًا عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ . وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ . وَرَوَاهُ الأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مَوْقُوفًا وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى قَدْ كَانَ الْحَسَنُ فِي زَمَانِ عَلِيٍّ وَقَدْ أَدْرَكَهُ وَلَكِنَّا لاَ نَعْرِفُ لَهُ سَمَاعًا مِنْهُ وَأَبُو ظَبْيَانَ اسْمُهُ حُصَيْنُ بْنُ جُنْدَبٍ .
Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Quti’ al-Basri narrated to us, Bishr ibn Umar narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of al-Hasan al-Basri, on the authority of Ali, The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The pen was lifted from three people: from a sleeper until he wakes up, from a boy until he grows old, and from A fool until he understands.” He said, in the chapter on the authority of Aisha. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Ali is a good and strange hadith from this perspective, and it has It was narrated in more than one way, on the authority of Ali, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Some of them mentioned “and on the authority of a boy until he has a wet dream.” We do not know what Al-Hasan is. Hearing on the authority of Ali bin Abi Talib. This hadith was narrated on the authority of Ata’ bin Al-Sa’ib, on the authority of Abu Dhabyan, on the authority of Ali bin Abi Talib, on the authority of The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, narrated something similar to this hadith. Al-A’mash narrated it on the authority of Abu Dhabyan, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of Ali, and he did not narrate it. This hadith is acted upon according to the people of knowledge. Abu Issa said: Al-Hasan was in the time of Ali and he joined him, but we do not know his name. Hearing from him and Abu Dhabyan, his name was Husayn ibn Jundub.
