حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَرَّمَ كُلَّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ ‏.‏
Qutaibah narrated to us, Abd al-Aziz bin Muhammad narrated to us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Amr, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace Any animal with fangs is forbidden. Abu Issa said: This is a good hadith. This is acted upon according to most of the people of knowledge. The Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others, and this is the view of Abdullah bin Al-Mubarak, Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq.
