حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ جَهْضَمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ شِرَاءِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ .
Hanad narrated to us, Hatim bin Ismail narrated to us, on the authority of Jahdham bin Abdullah, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ibrahim, on the authority of Muhammad bin Zaid, on the authority of the month Ibn Hawshab, on the authority of Abu Sa`id al-Khudri, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade buying spoils until they are divided. And in the chapter on the authority of Abu Hurairah. Abu Issa said: This is a strange hadith.
