Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #27836

Ahmad bin Mani’ told us, Yazid bin Harun told us, Ismail bin Abi Khaled told us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Awfa, he said I heard him He says, meaning the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, prayed against the factions and said, “O God, who sends down the Book, quick in reckoning. Defeat the factions, O God. Defeat them and shake them.” Abu Issa said, and in the chapter on the authority of Ibn Masoud. This is a good and authentic hadith.
