Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29020

Muhammad bin Ismail narrated to us, he said, Muhammad bin Sinan narrated to us, he said, Sulaym bin Hayyan Basri narrated to us, he said Sa’id bin Mina narrated to us, On the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, he said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “My example and the example of the prophets before me is like a man who built a house.” So he completed it and bested it, except for the place of a brick.
