Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29962

Qutaibah narrated to us, he said, Al-Layth narrated to us, on the authority of Muawiyah bin Salih, on the authority of Rabi’ah bin Yazid, on the authority of Abu Idris Al-Khawlani, on the authority of Yazid Ibn Amira, he said, when Muadh Ibn Jabal was near death, it was said to him, O Abu Abd al-Rahman, Hosanna. He said, Sit me down. He said, “Knowledge is And faith is their place. Whoever seeks them finds them saying that three times, and they sought knowledge with four of the Rahat, with Uwaymir Abi Al-Darda', according to Salman Al-Farisi, according to Abdullah bin Masoud, and according to Abdullah bin Salam, who was Jewish and converted to Islam, so I I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say, “He will be the companion of ten people in Paradise.” On the authority of Saad, this is a good, authentic, and strange hadith.
