Hadith #37951
وَعَنْ أُمِّ بُجَيْدٍ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ ﷺ: «رُدُّوا السَّائِلَ وَلَوْ بِظِلْفٍ مُحْرَقٍ» . رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَرَوَى التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ مَعْنَاهُ
On the authority of Umm Bujaid, she said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Return the beggar, even if it is with a burnt hoove.” It was narrated by Malik and Al-Nasa’i, and Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud narrated its meaning.
