Hadith #38046
On the authority of Ibn Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Whoever reads a letter from the Book of God will have a good deed for it, and a good deed will be rewarded ten times as much. I say: Pain is a letter. Alif is a letter, Laam is a letter, and Meem is a letter. It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Darimi, and Al-Tirmidhi said: This is a hasan, authentic, and strange hadith.
