Hadith #39978
قال: جاء رجل ذات يوم إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: يا رسول الله! أي دعاء هو الأفضل؟ فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: السلام مع ربك في الدنيا والآخرة، ثم جاء ذلك الشخص في اليوم الثاني فقال: يا رسول الله! أي دعاء هو الأفضل؟ فقال له (عليه السلام) مثل ذلك. ثم جاء ذلك الشخص في اليوم الثالث (يسأل نفس السؤال) فأجاب (عليه السلام) كما في السابق. ثم قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: إذا حصلت على السلام والأمن في الدنيا والآخرة، فقد نلت التحرير. He said, One day a person came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said, O Messenger of God! Which dua is best? He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, May peace and security be with your Lord in this world and the hereafter do it Then that person came again on the second day and said, O Messenger of Allah! Which dua is best? Then he (peace be upon him) said to him as before. Again that person came on the third day (asking the same question), he (peace be upon him ) replied as before. Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, When you get peace and security in this world and the hereafter, then you get liberation.
