Hadith #40027
قال: وكان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا سئل عن شيء استثنائي بمنى يوم النحر قال: لا إثم فيه. فإذا سأل الإنسان في مثل هذا الوقت قال (عليه السلام): لا إثم فيه. في هذا الوقت، سأل شخص آخر، لقد رجمتُ بعد المساء. فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (لا إثم فيه). (البخاري)[1]
He said, When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about any exceptional act in Mina on the day of sacrifice, he (peace be upon him) used to say that there is no sin in it. If a person asked at such a time, he (peace be upon him) (Alaihi Wasallam) said, There will be no sin in it. At this time, another person asked, I stoned after evening. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "There will be no sin in it." (Bukhari)[1]
