Hadith #40039
وأهدى لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حماراً برياً في الأبواء أو ودان. لكنه (عليه السلام) رد الحمار. ووجهه مضطرب، وهو يرى (آثار الضيق)، فقال (صلى الله عليه وسلم): رددناه إليك لأننا كنا محرمين. (البخاري، مسلم)[1]
He gave the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) a wild ass as a present (gift) at Abwa or Waddan. But he (peace be upon him) returned the donkey. His face is confused Noticing (signs of distress) he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, We returned it to you because we were Muhrim. (Bukhari, Muslim)[1]
