حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ أَبِي زُمَيْلٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: لَمَّا اعْتَزَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نِسَاءَهُ، فَإِذَا أَنَا بِرَبَاحٍ غُلاَمِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم، فَنَادَيْتُ: يَا رَبَاحُ، اسْتَأْذِنْ لِي عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Muhammad bin Al-Muthanna told us, he said: Omar bin Yunus bin Al-Qasim told us, he said: Ikrimah told us, on the authority of Simak Abi Zumail, he said: he told me Abdullah bin Abbas said: Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, told me: When the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, retired His wives, then I saw Rabah, the servant of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and I called out: O Rabah, seek permission for me to come to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.
