Hadith #54414
Nasr bin Ali told us, Abd al-Ala told us, on the authority of Muammar, on the authority of al-Zuhri, on the authority of al-Aghar, Abu Abdullah, the companion of Abu Hurairah, On the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “When it is Friday, the angels sit at the doors of the mosque. So they wrote down whoever came to Friday prayer, and when the imam departed, the angels folded the pages and entered to listen to the dhikr.”
