أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حُصَيْنٌ قَالَ : رَأَى عُمَارَةُ بْنُ رُوَيْبَةَ بِشْرَ بْنَ مَرْوَانَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ رَافِعًا يَدَيْهِ، فَقَالَ : " قَبَّحَ اللَّهُ هَاتَيْنِ الْيَدَيْنِ، لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَعَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، وَمَا يُشِيرُ إِلَّا بِإِصْبُعِهِ "
Ahmad bin Abdullah told us, Abu Zubayd told us, Husayn told us, he said: Amara bin Ruwaybah saw Bishr bin Marwan on The pulpit, raising his hands, said: “May God curse these hands. I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, on the pulpit, and what He points only with his finger.”
