أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ :" رُخِّصَ لِلْحَائِضِ أَنْ تَنْفِرَ إِذَا أَفَاضَتْ ".
قَالَ : وَسَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَامَ أَوَّلَ : أَنَّهَا لَا تَنْفِرُ، ثُمَّ سَمِعْتُهُ، يَقُولُ : تَنْفِرُ، إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لَهُنَّ
