Hadith #54834
Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Anas ibn Malik, who said: A man rose on the day of Khaybar and said: “O Messenger of God, have you consumed the donkeys or consumed the donkeys?” Then he said: “O Messenger of God, have you consumed the donkeys or consumed the donkeys?” So the Messenger of God commanded. A man, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, called out, “Indeed, God and His Messenger forbid you from the meat of donkeys, for it is an abomination.”
