Hadith #55104
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Salamah bin Kuhail, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi, on the authority of Fatima bint Qais: “That her husband divorced her.” Three times, but the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, did not grant her any maintenance or accommodation.” Salamah said: So I mentioned that to Ibrahim, and he said: He said Omar Ibn Al-Khattab: We do not leave the Book of our Lord and the Sunnah of His Prophet according to the words of a woman, so he granted her accommodation and maintenance.
