أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ : " أَنَّ زَوْجَهَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا،فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَمِّهَا ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ "
Ali told us, Zakariya told us, on the authority of Amer, Fatima bint Qais told me: “Her husband divorced her three times, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded her.” “Peace and blessings of God be upon him, she should observe the waiting period with her cousin, the son of her mother, Maktum.”
