Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #55106

Muhammad bin Al-Ala’ told us, Hafs bin Ghayath told us, on the authority of Al-Ash’ath, on the authority of Al-Hakam, and Hammad, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Al-Aswad, On the authority of Omar, he said: “We do not abandon the Book of our Lord and the Sunnah of His Prophet with the statement of a woman: The woman who has been divorced three times has the right to accommodation and maintenance.” Talaq bin told us Ghanam, on the authority of Hafs bin Ghayath, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Al-Aswad, on the authority of Omar, and the like.
