Hadith #55107
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عُمَرُ :" لَا نُجِيزُ قَوْلَ امْرَأَةٍ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ : الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثًا لَهَا السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةُ ". قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ : لَا أَرَى السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةَ لِلْمُطَلَّقَةِ
Abdullah bin Muhammad told us, he said: Hafs told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Al-Aswad, he said: Omar said: “We do not permit A woman in the religion of God said: A woman divorced three times gets accommodation and maintenance.
