أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، أَنَّ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَخْبَرَهُ : أَنَّهُ اجْتَمَعَ هُوَ وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عِنْدَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فَذَكَرُوا الرَّجُلَ يُتَوَفَّى عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ فَتَلِدُ بَعْدَهُ بِلَيَالٍ قَلَائِلَ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : حِلُّهَا آخِرُ الْأَجَلَيْنِ.
وَقَالَ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ : إِذَا وَضَعَتْ، فَقَدْ حَلَّتْ، فَتَرَاجَعَا فِي ذَلِكَ بَيْنَهُمَا، فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ : أَنَا مَعَ ابْنِ أَخِي يَعْنِي أَبَا سَلَمَةَ، فَبَعَثُوا كُرَيْبًا مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَسَأَلَهَا، فَذَكَرَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ ، " أَنَّ سُبَيْعَةَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ الْأَسْلَمِيَّةَ مَاتَ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا، فَنَفِسَتْ بَعْدَهُ بِلَيَالٍ وَأَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الدَّارِ يُكْنَى أَبَا السَّنَابِلِ خَطَبَهَا، وَأَخْبَرَهَا أَنَّهَا قَدْ حَلَّتْ فَأَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَتَزَوَّجَ غَيْرَهُ، فَقَالَ لَهَا أَبُو السَّنَابِلِ : فَإِنَّكِ لَمْ تَحِلِّينَ، فَذَكَرَتْ سُبَيْعَةُ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَفَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَتَزَوَّجَ "
Yazid bin Harun told us, Yahya bin Saeed told us, that Suleiman bin Yasar told him, that Abu Salamah bin Abdul Rahman He told him: He and Ibn Abbas met with Abu Hurairah, and they mentioned that a man would die and the woman would give birth a few nights after him, so he said Ibn Abbas: It is permissible at the end of the two terms. Abu Salamah said: If she gives birth, then she is permissible. So they discussed that matter between them, and Abu Hurairah said: I am with my brother’s son, meaning Abu Salamah. So they sent Kurayb, the servant of Ibn Abbas, to Umm Salamah and asked her. Umm Salamah mentioned, “Subay’ah Al-Harith’s Muslim daughter, her husband died, and she died several nights after him. A man from Banu Abd al-Dar was nicknamed Abu al-Sanabel. He proposed to her and told her that she had become lawful and wanted to marry someone else. Abu Al-Sanabel said to her: You are not lawful, so she mentioned Subayah That is for the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, so he ordered her to get married.”
