Hadith #55447
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الشُّفْعَةِ إِذَا كَانَ طَرِيقُهُمَا وَاحِدًا؟.
قَالَ :" يُنْظَرُ بِهَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ صَاحِبُهَا غَائِبًا "
Ya’la told us, Abdul-Malik told us, on the authority of Ata’, on the authority of Jabir, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, regarding pre-emption if their path is One?
He said: “It can be looked at, even if its owner is absent.”
