أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّهْمَاءِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ :" تَرِثُ الْجِدَّةُ وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ "
Abu Muammar told us, on the authority of Ismail bin Ulayya, on the authority of Salamah bin Alqamah, on the authority of Humaid bin Hilal, on the authority of Abu Ad-Dahama, on the authority of Imran bin Husayn said: “The grandmother inherits while her son is alive.”
