حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، عَنْ عِيسَى الْخياط ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ : " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأَبَا بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرَ، قَالُوا :لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ دِينَيْنِ "
Abu Nu`aym told us, Hassan told us, on the authority of Issa al-Khayyat, on the authority of al-Sha’bi: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and Abu Bakr and Omar, said “People of two religions do not inherit inheritance.”
