Hadith #55878
Yunus bin Muhammad told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Mughirah, on the authority of Hammad: “Concerning a man who has three sons, he said: Two-thirds is for the youngest. My son, the middle one said: I allow, and the eldest said: I do not allow, he said: It is out of nine. He brings out three, so he gets his share, and the share of the one who He permitted.” Hammad said: He returned the arrow to all of them, and Amer said: He who returned it only returned it to himself.
